Hello,

I have a relic of a broadband box marked "Billon" and on my bill its being taken by a firstcomeurope and I have cancelled the direct debit and not bother about keeping phone number but sky wont recgonise me as a new customer - not sure how to get around it

We may be going back too far for me to remember but as far as I know Billon routers & firstcomeeurope have no affiliation with Sky. Are Sky actually saying you are an exisiting customer?

Firstcom appears to be a business ISP and would be unusual to find in a domestic setting.

Im rather confused as ive never been aware of Sky using their products.
