Broadband connection issues

The WiFi keeps dropping out from my laptop whilst working from home. I currently have no internet connection and have got pictures of this both from my laptop and now from my phone where I have to use mobile data to submit this. I'm supposed to be on a work teams call currently but can't log in due to wifi not connecting.
