&lt;P&gt;When Sky say you will recieve the same broadband performance, they mean the same line speed and inherent&amp;nbsp;product from the physical&amp;nbsp;line to your home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What Sky, nor any ISP can guarantee&amp;nbsp;is WiFi performance which is what you seem to be having trouble with. This is because all WiFi routers are different and will perform different depending on local factors like layout of your home or existing&amp;nbsp;appliances. It sounds like you may need a WiFi booster upstairs, these can be claimed from Sky for free if you have the WiFi Boost/Max addon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have changed from BT broadband to Sky broadband. I was told I would receive the same broadband performance but the WiFi keeps dropping upstairs. My son cannot use his play station and our phones keep losing WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
