We've had three engineers out on three separate occasions! They changed the router they told me my printer was using radio frequencies that affect the WiFi so turn it off also apparently apple products don't work well with the new white router and there's no cure for that until the systems match up with system updates so we are currently still experiencing drop outs with no cure insight ! Oh and they also managed to cut my phone line off wonderful

I recently got Sky 500, and connection keeps dropping on mobiles specifically. It's been over 10 days since we've had the broadband set up. It's tried resetting it and running wifi checks but it keeps saying there are no issues, even though 5 minutes later connection has dropped again. Any ideas?

Have you managed to sort yours at all? I've tried to speak to sky and follow any steps I find but nothing seems to work for me annoyingly.
