Moving the ONT is difficult but moving the hub usually onlyvrequires buying a loner Ethernet cable which are veryveasy to buy in whatever length you need.

I've been a customer for just over a month now I believe, while it says I have high speeds and connection is fine, both my mobile phone and PlayStation console stream very slowly and laggy with the sky max hub and my tv upstairs is also very slowly. The hub is located under the stairs which is an issue I believe. I was hoping on installation is would of been installed somewhere closes without interference, please could you look into this or my settings which could cause this. Thanks
