Slow broadband

I have recently taken out a contract with Sky for broadband (Full Fibre Gigafast 900) and also got Sky Tv Essentials. I'm finding that the wifi is a lot slower than it should be, for example I can be sitting in the living room streaming something on the Tv and it will take quite a while to load or will cut out. The broadband is in the same room as the Tv. Has anyone else had issues like this? Should I try and contact Sky directly? When looking for a broadband this one in particular was supposedly the best.

@Annie-7 if the Sky hub is close to the Stream puck usexan ethernetvcable between the two as that isxalways the best connection. Otherwise check your hub and the puck are in the best position which is out in the open on axsurfacecaway from other electrical equipment.

Just tell them youre leaving. Trust me they will not fix your issue as the problem is the WiFi max router and if you have Sky Q it is totally incompatible with that as well.

A Max Hub can supply broadband to a main Q box.

The mesh systems in the Q boxes are not compatible with the same in the Max Hub.
