Router Model SR230 red flashing power light

Hi,

just after people's thoughts. I have been without broadband since Thursday sky are adamant that this is due to an issue in the area that started 10 days before. They are chasing open reach but seems very strange as no one else in our area affected. The only light on the router is the power lighting which is flashing red. Is this likely to be linked to the outage or is there likely to be another localised issue

I'd think that's likely to indicate a fault with the Hub itself: something like a failed software update.
