Macbook air

Hi, I'm having an issue with the Wi-Fi on my MacBook Air.

The Mac keeps disconnecting from the Sky Max Hub every few seconds, and when it's connected, websites are extremely slow. I'm sitting right next to the router, so signal strength shouldn't be an issue.

I've tested the same Mac on my iPhone's hotspot, and it works perfectly with no disconnections, so the Mac itself seems fine. I've also tested another device on the Sky Wi-Fi, and that works normally.

I've restarted both the Mac and the Sky Max Hub and forgotten/rejoined the Wi-Fi network, but the problem persists.

I'm going to try disconnecting the 5 GHz and see if the 2.4 GHz works any better.

Is there any way to have the Max Hub checked or arrange a replacement? It seems to be an issue with the Hub's Wi-Fi connection to this Mac rather than the broadband connection itself.

Thanks
