topic CONSTANTLY dropping wifi in Broadband

ALL devices are continuosly dropping wifi connections. I reported a problem with my fibre broadband where the wifi was dropping on all devices at the same time, the adivser ended up selling me an upgrade! I now have the sky max hub and the problem has stayed - perhaps even got worse. Sometimes it isn't all devices - for example for the last hour the sky q main box has had connection (watching netflix on the apps) BUT all phones/ipads and my laptop will drop the wifi - we get 5 mins of wifi then a few minutes with out over and over. Restarted the router, all devices "forget the network" re connected. Its driivng me mad as we cant listen to music via alexa.

The thing is this isnt new - it has been happening for YEARS and sky said fibre broadband would solve the issue. I am beyond frustrated I have been a ky customer for 20 years and I am very close to leaving completly and trying to get help elsewhere. Their "tech" team are just sales upselling to solve problems.

Hi there i am getting the same i was on normal fiber to the cabinet for years no problem. I was sold an upgrade to 150 fiber and from day one its been droping wifi on all items conected had and eng out changed the hub6 its a bit better but still droping out the tv. Its driving me insane. I had no problem for years with the hub 5.5 the black one and it was diber compatable but when you upgrade you have to have the hub 6. I see another call coming on, have you had any luck
