Poor wifi signal

Poor wifi signal. My wife works from home and the WiFi signal is really poor and keeps disconnecting her laptop and therefore disconnecting her work calls. She only works in the next room to where the hub is located. Signal around the house is poor in general. We spoke with someone several months ago and he said he would send out signal boosters to put around the house but we have never received them. We had Virgin wifi in our previous address for 20years plus and had signal all over the house and in the garden but here with Sky we struggle to get signal in other rooms apart from the room the hub is located in. It's not good enough, we want something done about it.

Do you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the broadband account? That's the criteria for loan of booster hardware.

@GoGRI @Jas56

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
