No issues before with Virgin and all other devices in the property work ok. I have changed settings on device and MySky app but to no avail. Anyone else have similar issues. I googled issue and it was suggested ipv6 could be the issue on the router but this can't be changed. Run a quick speddtest on Fast,com ro exclude the connection spedd from being a factor.
