Yes it's poor through out the house. I just. Moved in at the end of May and I transferred my broadband to this house. I had no issues with sky in my previous house.

Internet connection shows as good but the fibre keeps causing buffering and Iam missing important calls. Had engineer visit, no fault found and numerous broadband checks also. Service isn't working properly and dropping connection. Can't seem to reach anyone to discuss.

If there is no fault, do you have a weak signal throughout your home ?

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

Thank you but I've had an engineer here at the beginning of August. He found no issues. It's a small house and usually just me at home even the basics aren't being covered. My TV buffers and my mobile can't always except calls etc. I honestly have tried my best.
