Transfer to Super Fast

I had the email regarding transferring to Super Fast and doing this before my existing Sky Broadband was switched off. Try as I might I can't transfer - I complete all steps and then it says something about technical difficulties. Does anyone have a number I can call regarding this. Or maybe had a similar experience?

Given you need to speak to Sky I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Hello, I've not had a response from Sky yet regarding transfer to Superfast. Very concerned we're going to loose our connection as per the email received from Sky. Can anyone advise please?
