topic Multi dwelling address mismatch? in Broadband

I live in a small block of flats and I have just found out that the ground floor flats have access to full fibre but the 4 upper flats are showing as full fibre is coming to you soon. Now my question is, if the ground floor flats have FF surely I should be able to get it? I have done some research and apparently this is common in multi dwellings. I have completed a query form with Openreach and awaiting to hear from them. In the meantime, I am currently with Sky out of contract and wondering if I should go elsewhere to see if another provider may be able to help me. Has any one on here had a similar issue? If so how was it resolved please? Would really like to get a broadband that does not keep dipping in and out 😭. TIA
