i need boosters as wifi only works on ground floor in my house - not on first secod or third floor - am typing this on 3rd floor using my mobile phone data - its not good enough

sky apparemtly only sends one out at a time - have upgraded boradband package but its a joke - get fobbed off to someone in ondia who has no idea what you are talking about!!

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here, more than one will require an engineer visit to install them:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

Thanks earliest engineer can come is Sep 11th and had no wifi since aug 6th whilst charging me at some time. What a joke
