      <description>My work connection is failing multiple times a day. My company support desk advise that it is a Sky related problem (all other providers are fine).. Sky Shield is already disabled, what else can i do?</description>

On the white hubs Sky use a system called MAP-T which shares an IP4 address between 8 customers. Switching UPnP on switches the share to 1:1 which sorts most issues out as will setting up a &amp;nbsp;dummy port forwarding rule if you prefer to do that. If it doesn't Sky will disable MAP-T if that is definitely required hence asking you to try this first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
