If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky customers helping other Sky customers &lt;/STRONG&gt;which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why have Sky said you don't need an engineer visit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning I am sick to death of paying extortionate prices for my broadband and get no Internet connection you get it for two minutes. It goes down. It kicks you off. It won't let you have programs on. I have to work from home. My Internet is absolutely horrible something needs to be done I have requested before to have a engineer, come and look but you say no I need this to be sorted so it stays on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
