Only just my Internet install it was working when I left for work just got back and its stopped work. Have tryed turning it on and off again and nothing. I was looking forward to having a look at what I could now watch as I got a package with it but nope. What annoys me even more is that my first instalment dated was cancelled then it did not get installed until after my activation date and now its been installed i cant even use it. Sorry to have a moan but honestly so frustrated buy this.

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.
