&lt;P&gt;If that's the case the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;simplest solution would be to purchase cordless DECT phones. The base station phone plugs into the Hub. You then place additional linked handsets wherever she wants in the house.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They just need to be near a normal plug socket. They then are automatically linked to the base station phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly mother had broadband installed yesterday as they are getting rid of copper lines.&amp;nbsp; The base unit handset is working fine but the second unit has no dial tone and says line in use.&amp;nbsp; I have tried trouble shooting but nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think this is a broadband or handset issue.&amp;nbsp; Working fine before broadband installed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming back to me.&amp;nbsp; Her orginal landline has been disconnected.&amp;nbsp; She has two cordless phones.&amp;nbsp; The base unit working no problem its the one in another room.&amp;nbsp; I have moved it beside the base unit but didnt make any difference.&amp;nbsp; Have tried resetting, registering and unplugging.&amp;nbsp; There is no dial tone but eventually comes up with a message "line in use"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However if you bought two separate models it is unlikely that will work but you would need to check with the manufacturer of the phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
