If you cannot see the SSID then contact Sky but note if this is a replacement hub Sky will have set the SSID and password to matchbthe hub being swapped out. You can check the SID and password by going into the My Sky app finding the Hub's settings the product settings section - the password will display if you click theceye icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
