If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If your ONT shows a Red Light please see this guide https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-ONT/ba-p/5151861#

@Mozzle93 if the ONT has a red LOS light it means it is not receiving an optical signal. This can be a break in the fibre connection or a problem at the exchange but if the fiibre cable is securely plugged into the ONT these is nothing you can do it requires an engineer to becassigned.

After up to an hour the online Service Checker in the My Sky app run overca mobike connection should pick up the problem and can book an engineer saving a long phone call.
