The speed you will have been quoated is to your hub, are you getting the speeds to your hub, you can check on your mysky app as that will show the correct speed being received.

If you testing speed over WIFi then nio ISP can guarantee you receive the same speed over WiFi as you do to your hub.

You will only be allowed to cancel if your speed consistantly falls below the minimum speed guarantee and Sky areunable to fix it, that you will have been advised of on your confirmation email.

My Internet has been awful for weeks. And I hardly ever get my guaranteed download speed so I need someone to look into when my contract is up and if there is a way to get out early?

@Chris83 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky's broadband contracts run for a fixed period of 24 months and after the first 31 day cooling off oeriod you will be charged a cancellation chargecunless Sky waives it which is only like lybto happen if you compkain and you havecgiven them acreasonable chance to sortvthe issue. This link explains how to complain How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

You can find your contract documents in the Your Documents section of the My Sky app or website which willmtell you the date it started. Some ISPs will pay a contribution to cancellation charges if you switch to them.
