Having just changed our hub to WiFi max too improve our sky TV stream to the puck, which kept freezing on the old hub. This problem has now been resolved, but has been replaced by a very slow WiFi connection too our 3 mobile phones, ie very slow on banking apps and downloads on any apps ie jet2 downloading boarding passes took two attempts due to slow speed, any help would be appreciated

@Richardcornish there have been a number of similar reports of slow performannce of some apps being experienced by some users but not all. This implies there maybe an issue affecting some of. Sky's servers which are in different places around the country for example there was an issue a week ago affecting some customers in the wider Glasgow area which has been resolved. If you are in that area reboot your Sky hub if you arent roughly where are you (give your general area but not your address please)?
