My broadband was suspended because of an unpaid bill. I’ve now paid the bill in full and set up a new payment method. My account shows Broadband & Talk as PAID, but my broadband is still restricted. Your broadband test shows 913 Mbps to my hub, but I have no internet access. Can you check whether the suspension has actually been removed from my broadband service?”

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support, if your broadband hasn't been restored then you might be waiting for this payment you have made to be cleared. If you believe this has happened and if you still have no service in the morning then you will need to call Sky.

Update, still not working, called them today and they have esculated it to an internal investigation, with no eta to when it will be back online!
