I had the same problem. I've had two visits from engineers and numerous calls with 'tech' people. Although the broadband is now OK about 39mb/s, but not consistant, the WiFi is pretty poor in living room which is where the Sky Stream TV is. The second engineer fitted an extender Pod but even though it's only about 2/3 metres from the hub, through 1 wall, the WiFi is substandard to the point the Sky streaming TV is sometimes unwatchable. Probably switch broadband supplier when my contact ends next year. A loacl company is overing 700mb/s which I hope will be sufficient to improve the WiFi.

Thanks for this feedback. I need to put a call through to the tech team via customer service. If is unfair to be getting this level of poor service (zero value for money paid).

Realistically that kind of speed arriving at a subscription address (presumably over not-very-good FTTC) is always likely to be marginal for Glass/Stream, particularly if it's unreliable.

I put in a complaint it seems to galvanise Sky to get in touch much quicker.
