Run the service checker in the My Sky app as Sky test the speed to your hub every day and if spedds have dropped to thst extent it should be offering support.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However if you measured spedds on a device connected by WiFi you are measuring the WiFi speed in your home which will vary depending on the distance from the hub and how many walls etc the signal has to pass through. Youbcan potentially imprivecWiFi spedds by paying Sky for their WiFi Max packagecand asking for an extender.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky is extremely slow in the HD9 area - it's currently running at 6.2Mbps - usually around 70 (ish).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
