If it is on a device connected bybWiFi you sre likely to be measuring thecspeed of the WiFi link in your home which Sky cannot guarantee as the layout of your home is the main deciding factor. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky measure your broadband speed daily and you can find tge results in the My Sky app servicechecker setting. If that is showing speeds between 90 to 100Mb/s it is most likely due to a faulty cable between the hub and the ONT. Buying a repkacement Ethernet &amp;nbsp;cable from a supermarket or on line should sort that. .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
