So fed up with this at least 2 to 3 times a month. This is the only company that has this issue totally useless 😒

Mine is also down and sky is telling me on the app it's working fine. It's not!

Same issue not internet but app says all if fine. This happens a few times a week for me

Mine is also down and app saying all is fine. Getting a bit fed up with this as it keeps happening. Sky are happy to take our money but mess around with the broadband without any warning or reducing the bill. Seriously thinking of changing to a different company

Same here! Frequently drops out. Tonight, 2 orange lights but the app says 'everything's fine' - what absolute rubbish!!

Same issue again for the second time in a week. No broadband or home phone, can't dial out or take calls on my mobile either . Good job my wife's not on sky mobile , or we would have no means of contact

Yep happens a reasonable amount 2 orange lights app says okay.

Like the App keeps saying everything is fine when it's actually not. So annoying. This happens every couple of weeks, like Sky can you please fix this 🙄.

Spent ages on chat to sky. Told no issues. At the end she told me there is a known network issue in hounslow. Wasted nearly an hour of my life. Told up to 48 hours for it to be fixed.

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

Happened again tonight . I'm actually ganna leave sky broadband. App just lies and says it's all fine , it's a joke and so slow.

Yes it would be more helpful if we had warnings first, might not like it but at least we could plan around it
