I currently have an account for broadband and phone, I want to switch to the 900mb package which comes with TV for £41pcm but this is not showing as an option when I am signed in, any ideas on how to resolve?

@CC80 it's possible the offer is for new customers only unless it explicitly states for new and existing customers

It stands a chance that offer (I haven't seen it myself) is for new customers only.

Thanks all, yes I phoned and found it was for new customers, they couldn't offer anything decent as existing so have switched to Vodafone. Many thanks for taking the time to answer.
