Hi

Since moving over to Sky I am constantly finding slow response on browsing on any device particularly using Wifi (ethernet seems ok), internet speed showing 300mb. The device can be next to the router and is slow or fails so nothing to do with distance. The only way to resolve the problem is power the router on/off. This is getting a little trying - 2/3 times a day. I did check wifi analyser for any neighbour channel clash but they are on different channels. I have tried DNS changers as well but this seems to be a short term fix as the issue then reoccurs the next day even with the same DNS settings. Any help would be appreciated, never had this issue before with BT using the same devices.

Hi, the only way i think resolved this was to power the fibre and router boxes off for 1 hour. Either that or the engineers made changes remotely. VPNs now all working as well.
