&lt;P&gt;You don't pay for a Sky Max pod as these are only ever loaned out to you. What you are and might be paying for is broadband max which with this on your account allows you to have up to 3 loaned out pods, however as these are not sent out be default you have to contact Sky to request them. If you order more than one then it will require an engineer visit to install it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my broadband for almost a month for maybe a bit longer and I still have not received my Sky Max pod which I am paying for. I would like to know where it is and if it has been sent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
