&lt;P&gt;What you have been told is incorrect as Sky does not pay termination fees however once you supply them with a copy of your EE bill where you were charged this and a copy of a statement showing it has been paid they will apply a credit to your account that will be used to pay a future bill.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left EE and was told Sky would pay the end of contract fee, the money has been taken from my bank account and I would like to be refunded by SKY as discussed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
