Problem with my internet set up

Dispute having the highest broadband, I still have poor/weak signal in my house.

have checked connections & re booting

still no change.

The customer service line said their is an issue with my set up. It was set up by a sky engineer.

Problem may be solved by providing Boosters ??

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.

Lots of variables @Helzey, having the fastest broadband speed available doesn't change the dynamics of your home, how far WiFi signals can reach depend on a number of factors.

There are a range of basic tips here for improving WiFi signals: https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/improve-the-wi-fi-signal-to-your-devices

But you may need to consider something like Sky WiFi Max to get the coverage you need.

If you are using Sky Q, there are boosters available that compliment it and mini boxes also act as WiFi hotspots.
