Hi I have a Sky Hub router ( the white box one with the light in the middle) I'm looking at wire connecting it to my smart TV (due to limited sockets and only one BT socket I'm unable to move it far away and WiFi connection is causing interference to the picture .) Which Cat number should I be using ? Plz thx

Cat 5e or Cat 6 will be fine. Theoretically, it should be good at 1000Mb/s for up to 100m.

I doubt you can still buy it, but the old Cat 5 was only capable of 100Mb/s. Make sure it is 5e and avoid anything labelled as CCA (copper clad aluminium). It's rubbish.
