WiFi isn't a standalone service: it's typically broadcast from a router which has a broadband connection.

To receive terrestrial broadband the individual unit would need a unique postal address on the Royal Mail PAF database to place an order, and the site owner (plus every affected plot) would need to give permission for trenching a duct or raising poles to carry a bearer cable. If the cost of the bearer installation is more than around £3000 you'd be expected to contribute the balance of the cost.

Sky has never been a satellite ISP, and isn't a specialist in cellular internet supply.
