Xbox & ps5 teredo problems

Hello,

I am currently having issues with both gaming consoles (Xbox series X and PS5) in my home.

i have a sky max SR213 hub

They have both been working fine and have had no internet issues up until a few days ago.

on testing the network connection on the Xbox I am met with an error message saying cant get teredo IP address.

i have tried every single fix i can find online for this and nothing has worked, I assume the PS5 is having the exact same issue as the xbox (the ps5 just returns an internet connection error)

i have tried:

alternate ports on the xbox

changing DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and 1.1,1.1 / 1.1.0.0

clearing the alternate mac address

completely power cycling the xbox / ps5 / router

restoring both the router and xbox to factory settings

enabling UPNP in router settings

putting the xbox in DMZ zone

i have no idea what else to try can anyone give advice
