Is there still a Sky outage in the West of Scotland. I changed to Sky - yesterday was my connection day and no wifi has been possible since I connected. Sky told me it was due to an outage that they are working on but when I check the system it shows there are no problems in the area.

Thanks @chrissie I have done all that. I can't believe this is my first two days with Sky and there is zero information about an outage apart from reading messages from other customers.
