topic Poor WiFi in Broadband

Just had sky broadband installed this week, WiFi connection is poor , drops out and is weak at various places around home. Had BT router previously and had great signal and data rates everywhere in home.

Sky router not as powerful as BT one????

router is positioned in good area with no interference or equipment to block it, same as BT one and same devices connected. Broadband and WiFi health checks carried out on app and report all good but when I called automated helpline they said there was a problem but I don't know what that problem is as I cannot speak to anyone

not impressed as a brand new customer only 4 days into contract perhaps I should should just cancel as in 14 day period??
