Broadband issues reverting to 5G

Our broadband gets really bad at certain times we often have to turn tv off to use wifi

on phone for checking e mail or use 5G

We want to switch to fibre but our outside line is connected to a pole that doesn't and can't support it as advised by open reach engineer

My neighbour with BT had an issue and open reach changed her line to another pole which incidentally is almost outside our place and supports fibre

This means there are now only 2 place's connected to the non fibre pole

Who do I contact at sky to see if this can be done so we can upgrade to fibre

@Babs1955 Sky can only order servicesclisted for your addres so the first thing you check is the Openreach database entry for your address by using this checker Openreach Checker

The output can be difficult to understand if you want help,post a screen shot of the table and the first three lines of the notes after removing the reference to your address.

Doesn't seem to like photos

It says FTTP is available and a new ONT may be available

I think the issue with our current connection is that it is connected to the pedestrian crossing which is 5 foot away from the pole and the pole is next to the green box which controls the traffic lights

@Babs1955 When posting images they are not shown straight away as they need to go through moderation, the images have now been approved.
