&lt;P&gt;The checker on the app (when it is working) looks for issues in your area so might not pick up on a n=an issue with your line only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So try running this line test:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is going on with Sky WiFi? My TV keeps dropping &amp;amp; says there's a technical fault.&amp;nbsp; Change channel &amp;amp; its ok for 2 mins then drops.&amp;nbsp; My son's xbox &amp;amp; phone keep disconnecting.&amp;nbsp; Switched WiFi off &amp;amp; on.&amp;nbsp; Tried the service checker on Sky website but its down while its being upgraded???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
