&lt;P&gt;If your switch involves physical intervention (such as the installation of an FTTP circuit) then you've probably been allocated the next date there are personnel available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this results in an early termination fee being levied by Virgin you can claim it back as an account credit from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have arranged to swich to sky on September 12th when my virgin contract ends but I've just seen in the email that sky have set the activation date for broadband on August 28th. Shouldn't this be on September 12th?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
