I have ordered Sky Broadband & Talk few weeks ago. An Engineer came to visit my flat and he explained me that the connection cannot be fixed as the building doesn't have a fibre connection and if he wants to connect It may require drilling of walls and cutting the wires of existing connection. But my building manager won't allow them to do it. So now I cannot use the ordered Broadbad and wants to return it. I tried calling Sky but I couldn't connceted to any costomer care assistant.

I have the return label. Can I just return the Broadband without informing the Sky Team regarding the cancellation of my order?

It's preferable to formally cancel because a legacy 'open' order can cause issues years down the road.
