&lt;P&gt;If the lights are lit as normal on the hub then try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have. Checked my service and it says everything is fine but I have no Internet. I have tried all the normal things to reset it and it's not reconnecting. My stream tv is therefore not working either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the tests. The diagnostics are saying that everything looks good but still not connected to WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
