Poor WiFi even when I pay for a boost!

I live in a very small flat, I pay for the upgrade of boost. It does nothing, my sons phone will cut off going into his room. I am a very loyal sky customer and this is just poor, very poor. My sons phone has severe disabilities and can get very aggressive when the connection goes that he cracked my head open with his tablet. We need to have a safe secure connection that's why I got the boost to be sure and it's been pointless. I don't phone because you never get through and by then my son has lost his patience for me not giving him attention. So it doesn't get resolved. If it doesn't working the next 30days I'm going to have to leave sky.

Have you actually claimed, received and plugged-in separate booster hardware?

Without that the Broadband Boost / WiFi Max subscription supplement doesn't actually do anything.

Unfortunately the topology of the national network and the inherently unstable nature of local wireless means no domestic broadband can be entirely safe or secure.
