Hello I got the highest broadband speed but on my phone when I go into a game it lags and it don't load straight away but on my tv it's absolutely fine it's relay annoying that this happens even with Facebook it takes ages to load

@Zoe752 Sounds more like a problem with the phone settings. What type of phone is it?

Change the Sky Broadband Shield settings to either 18 or off entirely. If using an iPhone, either try a different browser (Firefox maybe) or turn off the Apple Private Relay.
