Help for a newbie

Good afternoon, I'm a new customer, gigabit internet, live in a small bungalow(Hoover reaches all corners of the house, from the one plug socket small) however, internet drops out in the bedroom, followed all the Wi-Fi tips and being brushed to the side by customer services. I'm disabled, spend a lot of time in the bedroom and can't stream due to the buffering. Is there anything I can do, before I go insane, and cancel services in the cooling off period? Any help very much appreciated.

Sky Max Hub, no gamers in our house, it's just frustrating.

I was a VM customer, and they needed to provide me with a hub, but doesn't feel like Sky are listening to that.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
