&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;you are using a third party router&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;you are not signed in with the account holder id&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;you are trying to test a new connection and the system has not yet updated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;there is a fault at Sky's end with your connection powering down for an hour usually fixes that&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;the hub's connection is down&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are probsbly a few more as likecall systems this one is not perfect. If it persists call Sky but check the 4th pointfirst,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
