Wi-Fi calling stopped working

My WiFi calling has stopped working all of a sudden. I've toggled on and off but no joy. I've two sims in my phone and the WiFi calling on the other network still works fine so nothing wrong with the phone itself

@THF213 the fact WiFi calling works with one sim shows that there is not an issue with your Broadband either. The availability of WiFi calling is controlled by you mobile carrier and can be flaky especially with virtual carriers.

I've just checked mine and although I'm fairly certain I had it turned on, it was actually off. Mine has a 2 sim option but wifi calling is independent of each sim, so make sure that both are set to wifi calling.

I checked and it was definitely on. I've seen a few threads for this issue now so must be a common enough issue

As it happens I turned mine off the first time I got a call through wifi, it was terrible and instantly cleared when I turned off wifi 😞
