If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If a fault is detected it is important to note the any repairs have an SLA of 2 working days, Working foim hime does not give you any greater priority on a domestic service.

Hi, My WiFi has stopped working this morning. The Sky Hub shows a green flashing light. Any help to get back online would be great as I'm working from home today and need access to the internet. Thanks, Blair
