If Sky haven't sent her a new hub then the one she has should be suitable to use so if there a phone port on the back of it that the phone connection can be plugged into ?

My 82 year old mum has had a bit open reach man Install sky fibre . It's all working but as she has an old type hub she cannot use her phone . She doesn't have a mobile so her landline is her main way of contacting people.

Can someone please give me a phone number she can call (using her neighbours phone) to try and get an updated hub sent out . She has recently upgraded to sky fibre so I'm surprised they didn't send one

The Sky Broadband Hub from 2019 is compatible with digital voice service, as is the 2023 Max Hub.

The 2016 Q Hub, 2013 Broadband Hub and and earlier models are not.

Unfortunately there's no phone port in the hub she has - she has a MR155 which according to google doesn't have a phone port
